We accept returns of new items up to two weeks after you receive your purchase. If you return it, it must contain all shipping and packing material and be in like new condition.
Items must be returned in like new condition with original packaging contents. If items are not in like new condition with original packaging contents, a 20% restocking fee may be applied.
Used items are non-refundable, but if it arrives not working, we will take it back to fix and refund if we cannot fix it. Used items are checked for functionality before being sold by us.

All of our branded products come with a two year warranty. You are responsible to ship it to us. Products under warranty include parts, labor and return shipping. If we open it up and find repairs are needed because of misuse, abuse (accidental or not) or neglect than we cannot cover the repairs for free.
Warranty does not cover the following:
1. Cosmetic damage
2. Environmental or liquid damage
3. Heavy impacts
4. Unsanctioned modification or repair work
5. Use of an incorrect power supply
6. Any forms of misuse and abuse by the end user -
Our pedals do not come with a power supply unit. All of our pedals use the standard 9V center negative DC adapter. Be sure the DC adapter you use meets the minimum current requirement for the pedal.
