Mail your electronic instrument to us and we will find the root cause of the issue and fix it! Local to the Seattle area? Drop of your instrument instead! We will take a look at your electronic instrument and find what is causing the issue. Once we find the issue, we will contact you and inform you of your options. From there, you can decide if you want us to go ahead with the repair, kind of like a car mechanic! We would then mail back your instrument once repair are complete!

We charge $50 to diagnose the instrument, then $30 per hour for labor, and cost of parts if you decide to go through with the repair work. If we are unable to find out the root cause of the issue, we will not charge you, and return your instrument.
